Acceptable Use Policy
Mailcore is intended for expected business correspondence and service messages. Unsolicited bulk email and cold outreach are prohibited.
A private service
Mailcore does not offer unrestricted public self-registration. We manually verify each client and their right to manage every domain, create named mailboxes, and permit sending only after authentication. Mailcore is not an open SMTP relay and does not provide anonymous sending.
Permitted email use
- ordinary employee correspondence with existing customers, suppliers, and other business contacts;
- replies to people who contacted the organization themselves;
- individual service messages expected by recipients and triggered by their action, such as confirmations, invoices, order updates, security notices, or account recovery;
- optional notifications only with documented explicit consent and a clear opt-out method.
Prohibited use
- buy, rent, scrape, or obtain third-party address lists for campaigns;
- send unsolicited bulk email, cold promotional offers, lead-generation messages, or further messages after opt-out;
- conceal or forge the sender, use another party's domain, or use misleading subjects and links;
- distribute phishing, malicious code, fraudulent material, or violate rights and applicable law;
- bypass rate limits, address suppression, blocks, or other safeguards of Mailcore and email systems;
- use the service as a bulk marketing platform without Mailcore's prior written approval.
Consent and unsubscribe
The sender must understand why each person expects the message. Promotional or other optional notifications require verifiable explicit consent. Every such message must provide a simple, working opt-out, and an opt-out must be honored without repeated persuasive messages. Ordinary business correspondence is allowed within an existing relationship but must not become bulk cold outreach.
Bounces, complaints, and reputation
Outgoing delivery suppresses addresses after hard bounces and complaints. Delivery, bounce, complaint, rejection, and delay events are sent to technical monitoring. Sending again to an address suppressed because of a hard bounce or complaint, or attempting to bypass suppression, is prohibited.
Review and enforcement
Mailcore may ask a client for the source of addresses, the basis for correspondence, and a sample message. When we detect signs of abuse, we may rate-limit or stop outgoing sending for a mailbox or domain, require remediation, and terminate the service. Dangerous cases such as phishing, malware, or deliberate block evasion may be stopped immediately.
How to report abuse
Send the original message with complete headers to abuse@mailcore.uz. We handle reports under the published procedure. Send general questions to support@mailcore.uz.
