Report spam or abuse
Reports about messages sent through Mailcore infrastructure are accepted at abuse@mailcore.uz and used to prevent repeated harm.
Abuse report address
Forward the message as an attachment or send its original source with complete technical headers to abuse@mailcore.uz. Do not follow suspicious links or open attachments. For ordinary support, use support@mailcore.uz.
What to include
- complete message headers, including the
Received,Message-ID,FromandReturn-Path; - date and time zone in which the message was received;
- a brief explanation: spam, phishing, a malicious attachment, sender impersonation, missing unsubscribe, or another violation;
- if you already asked the sender to stop, the date of that request.
Do not send passwords, private keys, two-factor authentication codes, complete bank-card numbers, or other secrets.
What happens after a report
- We verify whether the message passed through Mailcore and identify the sender's domain and account.
- We compare the report with delivery logs, bounce and complaint events, and previous incidents.
- For a confirmed or urgent risk, we restrict or suspend outgoing sending from the affected mailbox or domain.
- We ask the client for the basis for sending and require remediation; repeated or deliberate abuse leads to service termination.
Which cases are urgent
Phishing, malicious code, a compromised account, fraud, and attempts to bypass an existing block receive priority review. We may stop sending before the investigation is complete to limit harm.
Report confidentiality
We use report information only for technical verification, incident communication, service protection, and compliance. Only the minimum necessary information is shared with the client; the reporter's personal data is not published. See the Privacy Policy.
